I'm pretty sure Trait #5 isn't going to be anyone's favorite. It's PATIENCE. Just the thought of all the long-suffering patience requires is enough to drive any of us crazy. We want a quick fix. We want our suffering and our struggles to stop ASAP. But what if the Lord could transform our outlook so we see patience as a gift? What if He could help us understand its value in creating--and maintaining--lasting change? Most importantly, what if the trials that require our patience are those that most powerfully influence our ability to grow in grace?
