• Ingredients: 1 tsp. ground turmeric (theraputic quality), 1/4 cup raw honey, 2 drops lemon essential oil (optional)


• Mix ingredients, stir well, store at room temperature


• Stir before each use


• Take 1/2 tsp. several times a day
