"Tell me and I forget, teach me and I may remember, involve me and I learn." Benjamin Franklin said these words about what it takes to actually impart knowledge on someone. In mentoring, these words prove true. These words also point to each of the three levels involved in teaching something to another person: the head, the heart, and the hands. But what does it mean to teach something at each of these levels?
