Shermica Farquhar is many things including being a multi-faceted Black woman and a Brooklynite proud of her Trinidadian heritage. She is an incredibly strategic problem solver who also runs two companies – Solutions by SF, a business growth strategy firm, and Soka Tribe, a cultural organization that spreads the joy of carnival through dance.
