'Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.' I love this quote from Howard Thurman.

And I love seeing people who are fully alive, fully themselves. I come away from being around those people feeling more alive myself. It's a beautiful ripple effect.
So in today's episode I'm asking you some questions to help you tune into what makes you 'come alive', and then take a look at how you can do more of those things.
