I've had lots of requests to talk about menopause, and I'm so happy to bring you this conversation with Alexandra Pope from Red School. Alexandra is an inspiration in her example and her teachings about conscious menopause. She's committed to telling a much-needed new story of menopause.

We talk about her own experience, and about her soon-to-be-released book, Wise Power: Discover the Liberating Power of Menopause to Awaken Authority, Purpose and Belonging, co-authored with Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer.
