We don’t have to spend a fortune on books, webinars, courses and mentors to develop as leaders. There are lessons all around us all the time, if we’ll pay attention. In this episode I talk about observing and emulating qualities of leaders we respect, as well as learning from and avoiding replicating those we don’t. Rather than just reacting with admiration, comparison or judgment, why not use our observations to grow as humans and as leaders?
