Back in 1998, remaking old TV shows into movies was just as popular then as it is today, and Lost in Space was meant to revitalize an old franchise, turning a new generation on to the adventures of the Robinson family. The majority of movies that are based on TV shows tend to be less than stellar, but does Lost in Space buck the trend?
