An entire generation grew up watching G.I. Joe during the 1980's, and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra was created to capitalize on the "toy movie" craze that was ushered in by Transformers. Does this movie live up to an entire generation's nostalgic dreams, or is this the Joe's worst mission yet?
