Chapter 19:  Dr. Lockhart gives Ess the time lock, and inspiration unlocks theories and understanding. Ess and her allies talk with the Golden Nile via the communication plates and share information. They plan for an invasion of Sanctuary to capture the traitors, and destroy Sanctuary if necessary.
