Current story: Odessa Fremont, Prequel to the steampunk series, Guardians of the Time Stream.

Follow the adventures of Ess Fremont, who runs away from an oppressive boarding school when her grandparents go missing. Disguised, as a boy, she encounters Secret Service agents, Pinkertons, rebels, circus performers, and President Lincoln. She uses her wits and her grandparents' inventions while hunting for her missing brother, and hoping someday to find out the truth about her grandparents' fate.

Episode 7/Chapter 06: Ess watches as government agents and soldiers raid the school and capture the rebels. She is caught when she tries to leave her hiding place, and meets Agent Sutter, in charge of the raid.
