In this sixteenth episode, we’re doing a little mid-year check-in. After spending the beginning of 2025 recovering from burnout and overtraining, I have now spent the last 12 weeks experimenting with intention. I built and followed a full half-marathon training block, not for a race, but to rebuild trust with my body, my training plan, and my mindset.
