Physical and Psychological Support for Crew

Tim Reedman from Reedman Wealth Management has been providing expert financial planning services for over 30 years, and specializes in helping Super Yacht crew members.



Tim realized the need for better physical and psychological support for the crew and devised a plan to guide and assist the crew in case of injury or illness. Tim worked with insurance companies to develop an extensive mental and physical health care plan for UK-based maritime professionals, which includes tax-free monthly payments, remote mental health services from qualified professionals, and a free app providing five therapy sessions a year. Additionally, a new health insurance plan was released specifically for crew members, which is funded by the crew themselves and offers coverage up to £1800 per month.
