this episode is a love letter to those who over identify with experiences and want to learn the art of detaching from the outcome. life is so much better when you can appreciate things for what they are without having to force it. detaching from the outcome can significantly reduce anxiety, stress and depression while increasing your faith, confidence and self trust. it takes a couple of mindset shifts and mainly surrendering but it's doable!
