In this episode, I share a bit about what happens when we get into a state of feeling overwhelmed, stressed and like life is happening TO us, not for us. What I’ve noticed in my coaching sessions, in my private conversations and when I look at my own life … we tend to RESIST doing the thing we need to do, to get out of this state.
Now that seems odd, right?? We complain that we are IN it … but we resist the thing that we need to do to get us OUT of it.
One thing that gets me to take action is to intentionally spend some time doing what I need to do to destress so THIS episode … is gonna help you do that.
It’s a relaxation technique that I learned in Grade 10 (not kidding) and a small bit of a meditation that I do to clear my energy of things I’ve picked up along the way.
