Ok. We are moving into week 5 of renovations. This is not the FIRST time my husband and I have undergone this much change. In fact when our kids were 1 and 3 our basement flooded while we are on holidays and our ENTIRE basement was sitting in our living room pretty much and with insurance, that took longer and was more complex. That said, this time round I am realizing so much more about myself. 18 years later I'm a lot more aware. ;)
In this episode I talk about the messy bits of ANY transformative journey and some of the other things I've learned along the way.
Sandra-ism: Whenever we want to address "something" in our lives, we sometimes first meet it with anger, frustration, resentment, urgency, guilt, shame .... but it changes when we meet it with compassion and bravery, grace and patience while being PERSISTENT in the pursuit of what we want.
