[Part 3 Integrity] If you want more of it ... DO more of it

My biz bestie listened to my last episode on integrity.

She sent me a message that was a direct quote from me on that podcast:

"I openly shit on journaling" followed by a series of laughing emojis.  LOL

I forgot I said it ... but it was funny as hell to receive that as her initial feedback ... and I was SO grateful because I WANT you to think "k .. wait a minute ... wtf did she just say?" and I WANT you to laugh and I want you to think about your OWN journey ... and I want to say something just one day, that you will keep forever.

Here's MY takeaway from her feedback!  I bet you won't guess where my brain went!
