It seems like we are inundated with ways to categorize ourselves. Whether it’s a personality type test like the Enneagram, a wholistic self-knowledge system like Human Design, learning strategies/difficulties like dyslexia or WHATEVER it happens to be … we like to place ourselves into a category.
In this episode I talk about how we can use these labels as excuses and reasons for holding ourselves back ORRRRR we can flip the way we see them and use them in a more empowered way.
“Try to figure out what do you like to do, what can you do with ease and how can we do things with more ease and flow, instead of bashing your fucking head against the wall because it’s not what you feel like you are in alignment for. How can we do more what feels like flow and less what you have to force. THAT is the power of the label … it’s knowledge … and then we push that aside and we look at where the strengths are. THAT’S the magic …”
