If you're like me, you can let your irrational fears, your limiting beliefs and your negative thoughts take you down the rabbit hole to nowhere.

Fuuuuuuuck I hate it so much.

But I'm human and so perfection is not realistic ... my goal is just to go down the hill less often, less deep and to pull myself out of it more quickly.

It's the KEY to getting everything we want in life!  (Seriously ... our subconscious mind is responsible for 90% of our actions ... if you wanna change your life ... focus on reprogramming your thought track).  It's actually the FIRST step in manifesting ANYTHING you desire.

Here's my manifestation method ... the M.E.A Method

- (mindset) reprogramming the subconscious mind
- (energy) believing in something outside of ourselves that shifts our energy
- (action) doing the dang thing

Works every time.

p.s. My Favourite Journal Strategy:

- Start by writing:  "Dear Universe this is how I'm feeling now ..." (followed by all of the negative crap that you've got floating around in your mind). 

- Write until you feel like you have nothing more to say then write:  "I release this all now, (Universe/God/Angels) what would you have me do?"  (Then just keep writing and allow that higher power to speak through you.

- Then DO the damn thing!
