How to reach a goal in 26 days: lessons learned from a recent challenge I took on

I recently took on a monthly long social media challenge.    My goal was to increase page likes on my page http:www.facebook.com/spriestley  

I decided to post 4x a day in hopes that my page would grow so that I could reach more people ... but the lessons I learned were SOOOOOOOOO much more valuable and they are lessons I feel that are consistent to ANY change you wanna make!

Remember, when we show up for ourselves, the universe reciprocates. You're going to love the process, just as much as the outcome!
