Okay ... I had to add in an episode where I talk about Theordore Roosevelt's "Man in the Arena" speech ... cause I told you yesterday that I would.

In this episode I talk about Brene Brown's keynote where she refers to it her thoughts on it (and I also give mine.)

114 years later it STILL remains true - just ignore people who are not in the arena with you.  If they aren't risking failure too ... their opinions just don't matter.
