In this episode I tell you stories from my days in the 80’s as a figure skater and the biggest lesson I learned from leaving University (and then returning).
I truly believe that NO MATTER what bullshit negative thoughts you have about yourself … facing your fears and proving it WRONG by doing the dang thing, has been the most powerfully transformative.
I have talked my thoughts through, I have journaled my way through and I have sat on my hands and wondered WTF was wrong with me because I was sitting in SUCH resistance. Pushing myself through the fear and doing it anyway … has led to the freedom from it all.
