I'm helping my daughter study for her nursing finals.
It has never crossed my mind for even a millisecond, to become a nurse. Studying with her has made me realize this was the best decision I ever made. Yikes. lol
But while I listened to her recite what she was learning, I was thinking about a psych prof who talked about the effectiveness of studying RIGHT BEFORE BED.
That got me thinking about our habits right before bed ... because ANYTHING we put into our mind is going to be running around in our subconscious all night long.
Gratitude? Affirmations? Studying? Or ... are you thinking about your fears?
