This is a lovely conversation with Lizzy Barber, whose novel Nanny Wanted is available now. Listen to the end to find out Lizzy's thoughts on the difference between a successful person and an unsuccessful person.

Lizzy Barber is a London-based best-selling author of psychological suspense. Her debut novel, My Name is Anna, was the winner of the Daily Mail / Random House First Novel Prize. Her follow-up, Out of her Depth, was a Richard & Judy Book Club Pick, and has been optioned for television. Nanny Wanted, her third novel, is out August 17th 2023. By day, Lizzy works as the head of brand and marketing for a small restaurant group, The Hush Collection, alongside her brother Jamie.

Nanny Wanted is a modern gothic suspense, out 17th August.  When Lily leaves behind a toxic relationship in London to become a nanny for the wealthy Rowe family in Cornwall, she thinks she’s found the perfect solution. But as Lily becomes increasingly entangled in the Rowes’ lives, she realizes that the perfect family may not be all that they seem. And as that as much as she fears the past she is running from, perhaps the present is where the real danger lies...
