Jim Cornette known as The Louiville lip, Wrestling Historian, most famous for his heel management of the Midnight Express in the Mid South and Mid Atlantic Jim Crockett Promotions until Ted Turner bought them out and change the promotions name to World Championship Wrestling, Promoter of Smokey Mountain Wrestling, manager and on the creative team in World Wrestling Federation and one of the best talent trainers Ohio Valley Wrestling has ever had first made a name for himself with one of wrestlings hottest angles in the 1980's when his heel Midnight Express battled the babyface Rock N Roll Express starting in Mid South and ending their famous rivalry in Jim Crockett Promotions at the height of there popularity.
