In this episode we’re speaking with wine aficionado, Michael Duffy! 

Michael is the Wine Director at a Michelin-starred restaurant in New York City. Before his foray into the wine world, he taught sustainability to graduate students at the City University of New York and Biology to high school students. He is also a poet and writer, and probably will never determine exactly what to do when he grows up. He lives in Brooklyn with the most remarkable feline in the multiverse. 

In this episode, we talk with Michael about his journey to working with rotten grapes (his words!), his three guidelines for finding wines you’ll like, and the importance of sustainability and ethics of consumption in the wine world and beyond.
