Last year, together with her co-host, she launched Allowlist, a weekly Web3 podcast highlighting consumer-focused blockchain and metaverse use cases. 

In this conversation, Lauren shares her journey of creating her own passion projects outside of her regular 9-5, building community in a new city, and the effect of finding purpose on her own mental health. Lauren also gives us a brief explanation of Web3 and why she’s passionate about it.
