"If I don't allow this paradigm shift to actually shift me, then what's the point of it?"
I don't know about you, but I have been EMOTIONAL this past week. Combo of the world turning upside down indefinitely, postponing my wedding indefinitely, and taking on way too much energy as an empath, just to name a few.
But one thing that has been showing up as I've been weeping my way through the week is support - from all sources. I've been so blessed with support from people and places that I couldn't have anticipated. It inspired me to record this week's episode about the practice of receiving support - since we are already, always worthy of it.
