I've felt the call to slow down. To contribute. To connect. To isolate. And above all to be compassionate and worthfull at a whole new level.
This solo episode is my contribution for the week - some thoughts I've been having about how we care for each other and ourselves and why owning our worth is as important now as ever. Much love!
