"Our bodies know the truth."
I took a trip down memory lane this morning flipping through the pages of my childhood photo album. It was so fun. I was giggling and smiling from ear to ear.
It reminded me of all the good of my childhood, all the things it's easy to forget, and of course, how worthfull I have always been.
I recorded a solo episode about why I was looking at childhood photos, what I'm learning about being the sole adult authority figure in my life, and how coming home to myself starts with remembering my childhood.
