I spent the weekend in St. Louis for a best friends high school reunion girls trip. These 3 ladies have known me since I was a teenager, and we still have the best time when we get together.
I wanted to record a solo episode about what I'm learning regarding owning my worth in friendships - how to create worthfull friendships and how to maintain them.
It's something I'm always learning and improving on, but it feels especially important the older I get.
