At the beginning of the year, there’s a lot of noise around us urging us to go on a “cleanse”. In this episode, Lisa and Aimee talk about how it’s more important for them to cleanse their minds and how their practices help them do this. Lisa shares how motherhood and it’s accompanying worries have been taking up way too much space in her brain and how the path of yoga and meditation supports her. Aimee offers a powerful thought we can choose to think as mothers and they both remember how important it is to take care of their own minds, bodies and hearts first so they can fully show up for everyone else in their lives.
