Nervous System Regulation – Center yourself through breath. Try breathing into your belly—just two minutes of deep breathing can help you recenter. Emotion and Thought – Learn how to handle your emotions. Difficult times often involve sadness, anger, and fear in some form. Fear – Often labeled as anxiety. It can appear as recurring thoughts of worry, and in more intense forms, as terror. Anger – A form of energy that typically wants to be expelled outward.
