This week focuses on the 1st energy centre and how blockages and stagnation can affect your business and life, making it harder for you to achieve more abundance and prosperity.

Next week we take a closer look at the 2nd energy centre, known as The Sacral chakra, which affects your emotions, feelings and creativity.
