Katie received a trained and accredited service dog. It was apparent that her workplace did not like it at all. After being relocated to the corner and asked to vacuum the whole building daily, she eventually was exiled into a WFH situation that she didn't want. I don't know about you, but ADA issues seem to crop up here.
