EP 19: Finding our way back to trust

On today's episode I speak about trust, how do we find our way back to trust when we have lost it.

Whether it is a broken heart or a shattered dream, we can find it difficulty to open ourselves up to trust our paths once we have had devastation.

I share about my own perspective of trust and how one of the horses in our field offered us some wisdom of how we reclaim it and deepen ourselves into trust once more.
