Before becoming a mom, Tiffany spent 5 years back packing around the world, volunteering, learning from some of the worlds most renowned healers and wisdom keepers, healing the layers of her trauma from adoption, childhood abuse, rape, and toxic relationships, through ancient and intuitive healing techniques.

Tiffany survived sepsis in 2018 and shortly after gave birth to her son in 2019; suffering severe postpartum depression and loss of identity. By applying the tools and healing methods she attained prior to motherhood, Tiffany was able to heal a new layer of her trauma yet AGAIN and find a deeper sense of Self, which aligned her with an even clearer direction of purpose and passion: to walk moms through their healing journey and into fulfillment.
