This week’s guest is Wanda Deschamps. Wanda is an advocate, entrepreneur, mother and wife. She is the founder and is the Principal at Liberty Co. Prior to founding Liberty Co, Wanda enjoyed a twenty-five year career in the philanthropic sector serving as a consultant, as well as an institutional development leader. She is a tireless champion for inclusion, on issues ranging from women’s rights to neurodiversity.
