The USPTO's Accelerated Examination Program Discontinued

The United States Patent and Trademark Office, or USPTO, has announced that it will discontinue the Accelerated Examination Program for utility patents on July 10, 2025. This program, which has been in place for several years, allowed applicants to expedite the examination process for their patents.
