In today’s episode, we are talking about micro adjustments. These are tiny, almost imperceptible changes that we make in order to move closer to what we want to create. We usually think of physical micro adjustments - little tweaks to our yoga pose or our golf swing alignment. But the concept also applies to our lives in terms of goals. There are tiny changes we can make in our behaviors that take us closer and closer to anything we want to accomplish. I’ll show you how to use this idea to move towards your health, work and relationship goals.
