61. Cosmic calendar

Have you  ever gotten wrapped up in worrying about something that seemed sooo important at the time and turned out not to really matter? Me too. 

In this episode I’m talking about the idea of the cosmic calendar, or cosmic insignificant - a concept that reminds us that our lives are a tiny grain of sand in the overall vastness of the history of the universe. I love this as a way to gain some perspective that most things don’t really matter as much as we think they do. This is one way to stop worrying so much about that comment from your colleague,  that disagreement with your partner or that goal you didn’t meet.
