Whose thoughts are those anyway?

When someone tells you something, they are usually just sharing their thoughts.

What they say isn’t necessarily a FACT, even if they present it as such.

And because of the way our brains work, we frequently take other peoples' thoughts on as our own without even realizing it.

On today's episode, I teach you about these Invader Thoughts, as I call them.  You'll learn how to identify, question and dismiss them so they can stay in their rightful home - that other person’s brain - and you can live a more intentional life.
