31. Why you're never actually stuck with Kristin Dabney

What stories do you tell yourself about how things *should* be?  Where do you think you're *stuck*?

What if I told you that there's always another way to think about your career, your relationship, your life?  That all of the rules and paradigms and shoulds are just made up, and you get to question them and decide what you want to believe? That there's no such thing as being stuck?

Joining me today on the podcast to talk about all of that is my friend, Kristin Dabney.

Kristin is a Masters educated Counselor and a Certified Career and Leadership coach for women at midlife who are ready to elevate their lives - professionally. She considers herself a career fairy godmother. However, she swaps out using a wand as the tool to create change, for mindset shifts as the tool.  She works with women who have played by the book. Followed all the rules. Sat in the front row and … and yet, have hit a wall or experienced a disruption - a lay off, diagnosis, break up that is making them rethink their professional life. They are bored, feel undervalued, and often feel frustrated or simply burnout. And working harder (their default) is no longer working. Through awareness, strategy  and action Kristin guides, supports and  coaches women to figure out and then implement next steps on their way to elevating.
