114. My former drug of choice

I used to get so high on external validation.

I soaked up compliments from other people like it was my job.

And I used their positive feedback to feel good about myself.

I didn't really know how to do that otherwise.

Until I figured it out.

During my dating era, I learned how to become the woman of my own dreams and stop outsourcing my confidence and happiness to others.

I created a course on this topic 2 years ago and it's still my most beloved and popular course of all time. Everyone who takes it is obsessed.
