Ego test- Staying True to What you Want Isn’t Always Black and White

In this episode i share a story post run epiphany (which seem to happen quite often haha) where i noticed my ego being tested. During a very transitional vulnerable phase of life whether it be post grad, just moved to new city, just quit a job, or job hunting! Whatever it is, it can be easy to let outside opinions cloud your intuition and cause you to project. I wanted to record this episode to document my feelings in this moment of realization and maybe someone out there can relate :)
