Life Updates: A Cozy Solo From Bed

This week it's just me, sitting cozy on my bed, ready to have a nice little catch up with you. With Sonny back in school, I'm feeling that "new year" energy and today, it feels really good. This episode felt almost meditative for me, so thank you, as always, for giving me the space for this verbal journal of mine.
