AuraLea is a PhD Candidate at Macquarie University in the field of biomechanics studying injury prevention. AuraLea is also an accomplished athlete, recently running 2:44 at the Gold Coast Marathon.
It was fascinating to learn about some of the ways we can prevent injury by strengthening our bodies while at the same time embracing our unique running styles.
