EP 110 - Leo Peterson - Progressing to Elite Running

This week we were joined by Leo Peterson. We last caught up with Leo three years ago in Episode 19, just after he broke 30 minutes for the first time—and since then, he’s gone on to represent Australia multiple times, including at the 2022 Mountain & Trail Running Champs in Thailand, where he placed 40th in the up-down race, and in 2023 in Austria, placing 80th. In 2024, he shifted focus to the Golden Trail Series, winning the national series and earning a spot at the world final in Switzerland.
