Tri This: S1E48 - Makenna Myler Marathon Runner and Mother

On the season finale of Season 1 Kirstin has a special guest. Makenna Myler is a mother and pro athlete in both track and long distance running. We don't just cover her career in running, though; you will also hear applicable tips and get a peek inside the journey of a pro athlete, that honestly sounds very similar to everyone's journey in sport.  Makenna became famous for competing in the 2020 United States Olympic Trials, where she placed 14th, approximately seven months after giving birth to her daughter.
