It's almost here and we hear about her taper week training, what that looks like as well as tips to keep in mind heading into your first race. She shares some key mindset tips to help stay focused, but also make sure to take the pressure off, especially for the first race. This could apply to your first race ever, but also your first race back if you haven't raced since 2019, or raced in a while. Kirstin also covers some tips for making sure she is prepared and doesn't forget anything as well as some last minute items and tips to remember. She recaps some of the topics we have covered this year and shares her excitement and nerves that are all merging with days to go.
